IT Company Interview – Campus Interview Experience in Dell

University New Delhi. Today I am going to share my campus interview experience
in Dell. Friends, it is very easy to take an on-campus placement. You appear in
company’s interview recruitment derives in morning and in the evening you get a
job in your hand. So without struggling much you get a job through on-campus
placement. On the other side in off-campus placement there are thousands of
people and finally a few get selected thus a great competition in off-campus
placement. Therefore it is very important to get serious for on-campus
placement if companies visit your campus.
Dell came to our campus
after the four IT companies. Dell placement process is divided in two parts:

examination results have been declared and the common interview has also been
occurred. We have got many queries from the students regarding their chances of
selection in IBPS specialist officer; will they get a seat or not out of 351 total
seats; many of queries were related to IT officer scale-1 post. So we are going
to analyse the chances of selection of candidates for IT officer scale-1 post.
The last time cut off for it officer scale-1 was 128 for general and OBC
candidates and 120 for SC/ST candidates. But the cut off this time is much more.
This time cut off for general category is 137 and for OBC it is 134.
