Best jobs for ladies/females is teaching job – My job as a MCD teacher

There are many jobs for females in India. But the best job for females is teaching job. Less working hours, attractive packages and less hard work required in this job makes this field very good for females. Whether it is a government job or a private job there is always a demand for teachers. Today we are going to describe the job profile of an MCD teacher in her own words. very good in these days. Basically for girls this is very good job. The main benefit of this job is working hours are very less. The girls can easily manage their household work along with this job. And boys can also do extra work side by side. Summer vacations, winter vacations, maternity leaves, child care leaves are other benefits of this job. Apart from these benefits a teacher can do social service in a better way.  Actually I am (writer of this article) is an MCD teacher and I am quite satisfied with this job. The starting salary of this job is 25000/month. And you get one increment and 2 D.A facilities on your base salary. You get perks on the festivals such as on Diwali you get the benefits of 3500 Indian Rupees. This job is double shifted job. The timings of morning shift are as below:

In summer 7:15 to 12:45

In winter 7:45 to 12:45

We get lunch break for about 20 minutes. We get 8 casual leaves in a year and 10 medical leaves. A female teacher can also get 6 months maternity leaves (with full salary in hand). And a male teacher can get a 15 days paternity leaves. A female teacher is also eligible for two years child care leaves with full salary.

Medical facilities:

An MCD teacher get an identity card rom MCD office on the basis of that card we can be examined physically in different labs on half rates. And in the hospitals we get 50 % discount on the basis of that card. A spouse, their children and their dependents can avail these benefits.

Work profile:

We reach school at 7:15 and start prayer at 7:30 (the prayer time is approximately 15 minutes). Then we go to classrooms and take attendance and after that we start teaching. And at 9:30 we distribute mid-day meal to students with the help of helpers. And then the students do their lunch. And then there is a lunch break for teachers also. And after 10:15 we start our work again. And then again we take attendance and start teaching. On 12:30 the bell rings and the school time is over for students and 12:45 for teachers.

Charges for the teachers:

A teacher has to do a lot of work in the school except teaching. We have different charges such as pay bill, PTA, scholar ship funds, library work, books distribution, uniform distribution, old record maintenance, mid-day meal work, admission and withdrawal, medical charge, daily attendance, moral education charges etc.

Advantages of MCD teaching jobs:

This is very lucrative job with a lot of facilities.

Disadvantages:

The teacher has to work with great responsibility. If ever single child suffers in a school in school time the teacher and principle is responsible for this. And also a teacher has to work in backward areas. The lack of water, electricity are another major problems in this job.
