Infosys is a mass
recruiter. It recruits a large number of students (greater than 100) from a
single campus. Therefore it is very easy to take placement in Infosys. After
clearing the written test of Infosys, you have to pass an HR interview. If you
pass that HR interview then you are selected in Infosys. The HR interview panel
checks your confidence level and communication skills. If you have good communication
skills, HR interview is just a formality. Today we are going to discuss the
common questions that are asked in Infosys
interview. The duration of Infosys
interview is 10-20 minutes and there are hardly 2 persons in Infosys interview
panel. Since the interview is purely HR interview. Candidates should focus on
their personality and dressing sense. You should wear good formal clothes on
the day of interview. You should look fresh and energetic on the day of
interview, for this take an 8 hours sleep on a day before interview.
When you enter the
interview panel your body language is observed by both the interviewers. Therefore
maintain a good posture throughout the interview and don’t make any noises on
entering and leaving the room. Don’t put your hands or document folder on the
interview table.
The first question that is
always asked in Infosys interview panel is to “introduce you.” Well you should be prepared about this
question. You can tell them your name, hobbies, your likes, dislikes your short
term and long term goals in life.
The second question that
is asked is about your family background. You should tell them about your
family members and what they do.
Then they can ask about
your achievement in life or in colleges or they can ask questions on extracurricular
activities. Tell what you have done in
your college like I won prize in college fests, or I participated in these
activities.
Then they ask question on
project or summer training you have undergone. Be prepared about your projects.
They definitely ask this question. Generally you have to tell in brief what you
have done in your project. They are not going to ask technical aspects of your
project.
After that they can ask
you where you see yourself in next 5 years. Tell them any good position like
project manager or something like that.
They can give you a small logical
puzzle to solve. This can be very easy puzzle, and you can solve it easily.
These were the common
questions that are generally asked in interview. Besides this they can ask you
questions about whatever you mentioned in your resume. My only tip to you is
don’t lie to them and whatever you speak, speak it with confidence.
thanks for the suggestions, but the main important point is don't be nervous in interview, you need to relax otherwise it could be the main reason to fail in an interview. WisdomJobs to raise $6.5 million to fuel growth plans ...
